What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well lit photo of your child looking at the camera, on their own. No sunglasses or hats. A photo from your phone is perfect.
What happens to the photo?
We only use it to paint your book, and it is deleted automatically within 7 days. It is never sold or shared.
What if it does not look like them?
You see it before you pay, and you can paint it again. If something is still not right after you order, tell us within 30 days and we repaint it or refund you.
