Questions
Good to know.
Can I see the book before I pay?
Yes. After you add a photo, we paint your child and show you their book. You only pay if you love it.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well lit photo of your child looking at the camera, on their own. No sunglasses or hats. A photo from your phone is perfect.
What happens to my photo?
We only use it to make your book. It is deleted automatically once your book is finished, and we never share it.
How long does delivery take?
The digital book arrives by email within minutes. Hardcover books are printed in the UK and usually arrive within a week.
What ages is it for?
Our stories are written for children from about 2 to 7, and they are lovely to read aloud together.
How are the pictures made?
Each story is illustrated in our own watercolour style. We then use image software to paint your child into every scene, so they look like themselves on every page.
What if I am not happy?
