Gift ideas from grandparents: a book starring the grandchildren
Grandparents often ask us for a present that feels personal, will not end up in the toy box by February, and says something about them too. A storybook with the grandchildren and the grandparents painted inside is exactly that.
A Seaside Day with Nana and Grandad
Our seaside story is told by the grandparents to their grandchildren: the early train, the sandcastle, the rock pools, and a cheeky seagull called Gulliver who keeps pinching the chips. It works for one or two grandparents and one to three grandchildren, and you choose what the children call you: Nana, Grandad, Granny, Grandpa, Oma, Nonna and more.
It ends: "Some days are so lovely, you keep them forever. That was one of ours." Bring tissues.
